Our WeserTräume holiday homes are located in the northern districts of Nordenham – in Blexen and Einswarden. Both locations offer a quiet yet ideal setting for technicians and business travellers.
Numerous large industrial companies such as Airbus Aerostructures, Steelwind Nordenham and many others have settled along the Weser estuary. The location of our accommodation allows you to reach important employers in the region quickly and at the same time enjoy a view of the waterways and port facilities of Bremerhaven, which is only a few minutes away by ferry.
The North Sea region is also within easy reach: the popular seaside resorts of Burhave and Tossens on the Butjadingen peninsula are just a short distance away – ideal for relaxing evenings or days off.

Yes, you can of course book our accommodation long-term and in advance.
If you require accommodation for several months, we recommend that you book your desired holiday home with us well in advance so that we can plan availability for you throughout your stay. Our accommodation can currently be booked up to 1.5 years/550 days in advance.

Our accommodations are ideal for monthly and long-term stays: all properties are fully equipped – with comfortable beds, generous storage space, smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi and many other amenities. You or your employees will want for nothing. And if you do need anything, simply contact us directly – we will be happy to take care of it.
Payment is always made in advance.
When booking via our online booking form, a deposit is payable upfront. Several online payment methods are available for this deposit, including credit card, PayPal or SEPA direct debit. If you would like to pay the deposit by bank transfer, please select the ‘Invoice’ option.
The remaining payment is to be made either by bank transfer prior to arrival or in cash upon arrival.
For longer stays, payment is usually made monthly in advance by bank transfer.
We will, of course, issue you with correct invoices showing VAT for all stays. Please provide us with all the information required for the invoice when you make your booking – or at the latest before the invoice is issued.
Yes. For larger groups, we are happy to provide several accommodations at the same time upon request, so that your employees are accommodated close to each other and you still only have one contact person on site. We will be happy to check availability for you and offer you the best possible combination of accommodations.
Depending on the property, our holiday homes can accommodate between 4 and 12 people in 2 to 4 bedrooms. When making your enquiry, please let us know whether you would prefer single rooms or double rooms.
Please note: All our accommodation is operated by independent companies. You will therefore receive a separate invoice for each accommodation.
No. Our accommodation is always rented as a complete unit. It is not possible to book individual rooms.
Depending on the property, our houses can accommodate 4 to 12 people in 2 to 4 bedrooms. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer smaller holiday flats with only one bedroom.

Yes. We offer contactless 24/7 self check-in at all our accommodations. This allows your employees to arrive flexibly, regardless of shifts, traffic or travel times.
Regular check-in is available from 3 p.m.
Yes. All accommodations have at least one free parking space directly at the property. Many of our parking spaces are also suitable for vans or Sprinters.
If you require additional parking spaces or have special requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us – we will find a suitable solution.
Yes. For corporate customers, we are happy to offer an on-site viewing of the desired accommodation for planned long-term bookings and by prior arrangement – provided that it is available at the desired time.
Please note that we can usually only offer viewings for longer stays and not for short-term or very short bookings.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to view the property via video chat. However, our extensive photos on the respective property pages provide a very realistic and detailed impression of the accommodation.
Yes. Each of our accommodations has a washing machine or washer-dryer that you can use free of charge. A small amount of detergent is usually also available free of charge.
In buildings with multiple residential units, laundry facilities are located in a communal area.
For longer stays, we usually carry out mandatory interim cleaning every 14 days. We are happy to organise additional cleaning on request.
Interim cleaning is carried out by our service provider Nordseeblau – Sophie Eichhorn und Jonte Schirdewan GbR and will be invoiced directly to you by them. Interim cleaning costs €120.00 net plus statutory VAT per accommodation. The flat rate includes up to 5 working hours as well as fresh bed linen and towels.
We kindly request that you keep the accommodation tidy during your stay. Upon check-out, the accommodation should be swept clean.
All accommodations have fast high-speed Wi-Fi, which is suitable for video calls, VPN connections and streaming without any problems. The access data can be found clearly visible in each accommodation.
In some houses, additional Ethernet connections are available at the desks for a direct connection.
Rates vary depending on the accommodation, but you can generally expect a speed of 250 Mbit/s – in many properties, the speed is significantly higher, reaching up to 1,000 Mbit/s.
